• Access online portals for attendees and administrators

IDF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all portions of the services at any time, with or without notice.

• IDF reserves the right to modify fees at any time, but changes will not apply to already confirmed registrations.
• In the event of cancellation of an event by IDF, refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be communicated to participants.
• You are responsible for all costs associated with your participation, including but not limited to travel, lodging, and other personal expenses.
• Applicable taxes are your responsibility and will be charged separately if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of International Development Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws, as well as other intellectual property laws.

IDF shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or other labor disputes, equipment or telecommunications failures, or other natural or man-made disasters.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
